A Howl's Moving Castle-inspired collection by LOEWE and Studio Ghibli is currently being developed. The final collaboration between the Spanish brand and the Japanese animation studio will be overseen by JW Anderson.
LOEWE, whose Spirited Away and My Neighbor Totoro collections were undeniable successes, will wrap up its Studio Ghibli chapter with a collection of accessories and apparel inspired by Hayao Miyazaki's award-winning animated film Howl's Moving Castle from 2004 (reportedly Miyazaki's favourite Ghibli work).
Although the full extent of LOEWE's most recent Studio Ghibli project is still unknown, a teaser image posted to the brand's Instagram account offers a preview of what to expect, including bags decorated with characters from Howl’s Moving Castle like Calcifer and the Witch of the Waste.
