Central Cee, a 24-year-old Londoner who performs as both a rapper and a songwriter, is now the fashion’s latest icon thanks to Jacquemus. The British artist is now the face of Jacquemus' Winter 2022 campaign, "Neve World," after attending the French label's FW22 "LE PAPIER" presentation in Arles, France, earlier this year (and making public appearances in several of the brand's older designs).
The brand's coziest sweaters, scarves, balaclavas, gloves, hats, and headbands are displayed by Central Cee in the campaign, which was photographed by Oliver Hadlee Pearch and styled by Imruh Asha. The collection, which is the brainchild of Simon Porte Jacquemus, uses a kaleidoscopic colour palette that includes hues of blue, violet, pink, red, off-white, orange, and brown.
A soft long-sleeved polo shirt in the collection has a collar with two buttons, ribbed cuffs, and a contrasting hem; similarly, soft cargo pants are mid-rise, have patch pockets, and have a similar two-toned hem. The balaclava has a fitted shape with embroidered iconography on the front and functions as a visor. A bucket hat that follows suit wraps its wearer in similar logo work and slick ombré tones.
Central Cee is seen wearing a cozy ensemble of colourful clothing and accessories, including hats, headbands, balaclavas, gloves, and various iterations of the brand's Nike Humara collaboration on feet.
